Sumbitch I couldn't find a bracket like that, all I found were for small plates.

Oh well, I'll repair/replace whatever damage prior to selling.
Couple of these and it should pass…

Hey Tanner,

I tried mounting the bracket both ways and orienting the bracket like this…

produced the best result. It ends up being like Jake ( @RedDakooter05 ) has his plate mounted. I tried it the way it is intended to be installed and even if I trimmed it to fit a NA plate, I didn’t like the height. ?

I tried mounting it using the existing holes but it stuck out way too far. I ended up drilling two holes in the bracket - you can see a dot in the picture above where I marked it for drilling. If you drill the hole 3-1/4” from the tab that the plate is mounted to, it will offset the plate a bit from the upper valance. I went with 3-1/2”. I covered the exposed end of the bolt with a rubber dome for protection (see pic above). Four of these rubber domes can be found on the back of the plastic factory frame.

I’m happy with how it turned out. ?

Here are different setups to help you make your choice…

Height is Purrrrr-fect!

Does the factory OEM bracket mount by them drilling holes thru your bumper?

Ohio no longer requires front plates and I do not want dealer drilling holes.

Thanks.

Don’t worry Rob, there are threaded holes on the underside of the top portion of the bumper that the factory bracket bolts up into.

I put a bend in my plate and screwed up into the bumper. Had to ventilate it a bit for airflow.....

Not fancy, but I have the euro license plate frame on the front of my truck attached with heavy duty zip ties. They're secure, you can't see them and if they did break, they're super easy to replace.
can you snap a picture of your plate setup? I have an Eurpean plate that I want to fit up front, thanks1

@lukdeg The zip ties are run through the slots in the plate frame (link to the one I have) and wrapped around the bumper. Unless you are looking they are invisible.

that bracket is the same as the one that came with my custom plate, Ill see on amazon if I can find something to use the existent hile under the bumper.

thanks!
