Carly OBDII Bluetooth Reader

Anyone try one of these with the Ranger? I've seen them but never really considered it. I watched Tavarish's new video and he uses one to modify some car settings, similar to what everyone on here does with ForSCAN. Suppose that it does what FS can do? And also read any issues that may arise with the truck? It connects to the OBD port and then to your phone via an app.
