80 series Land Cruiser steel wheels fit my Ranger?

Hey, first time posting. I’ve been looking for a set of steel wheels for my Ranger. Preferably Toyota steel wheels because I like the offset more. I came across these on Facebook marketplace. I know I’ll need to get a set of hub rings, but other than that, does anyone know if they’ll fit a 2020 Ranger?

I believe the hub centers will not allow you to use any Toyota wheels on a Ranger. Trying to be cheap I once ordered some wheel spacers in the correct bolt pattern but stated as fitting Toyotas and I thought they would work. I thought wrong.
