traffic sign recognition

I enabled Traffic Sign Recognition using FORScan and am very happy with how it works. While enabling the setting in IPC Module I notice another setting "Chimes - Traffic Sign Recognition Overspeed" which I did not enable but am curious about it's function. Has anyone enabled this and if so is...
