misfire

Very suddenly I'm having rough idle/misfiring while driving. It occurs in all aspects of driving (idling/accelerating/cruising). It is much more pronounced than a bad DPFE sensor (already replaced 10k miles ago). No check engine light illuminated. Planning on starting with plugs and a coil...

So I've got a ford ranger 2.0 biturbo that idles like a bag of nails has hardly any power I've done a compression test and changed the injectors but this hasn't done anything any ideas
