flat bed

I am installing new bed side panels and in order to do that I need to remove the spot welds and refabricate, So tail gate off, bumper off, does anyone have a diagram or have pics where the bolts are located on the underside of the bed? and how many am i looking for 6 bolts ? maybe more ...
