battery life

Tried staring my Ranger this morning but wouldn’t. The dash lit up and sync display but cut out immediately followed by the sound of relays clicking near the battery. How can I go about testing the battery? I used a fluke voltmeter to measure and had 9.0vDC. Should I remove the battery and take...
