2.0 biturbo

So I've got a ford ranger 2.0 biturbo that idles like a bag of nails has hardly any power I've done a compression test and changed the injectors but this hasn't done anything any ideas

Anyone got any ideas recently broke down on the motorway in a ranger 2.0 biturbo . The engine starts up but runs rough seems like cylinder one is missing so put a camera down and found droplet like stuff down in the cylinder and on top of the valves unsure what it is some photos and videos any...
