2 way radio

HI there people. I need to pass an RG58 coaxial cable (about 5 mm outside diameter) from the outside of bed to the inside of the cab. The coaxial cable will be for the antenna of a 2 way radio. Any ideas on how to do this? Are there existing grommets I can use on the back of the cab? Should...
