O I also didn't like any of the bed racks available so i built my own on a long weekend i had... Also learned to weld that same weekend, so don't judge the welds lol. But my wife and i climb all over it to load the truck and it holds all given weight no problem. 140lbs estimated.

Builtright bedside rack install. Feels sturdy and like the low profile design. Got the other side as well incase i ever remove the swing case... Or mod to fit. Used a tap from Amazon to clean out the bolt holes from the x-line.

Once you get it installed it makes other accessories easier/cheaper to hook-up since the wires are already ran and under the hood. Plan accordingly as power output vary based on each button.

Nice! I would definitely. You will have to post pictures. They have a good design. For instance you can slide screws into the rack rails to mount cargo boxes etc vs KC you have to take the rail off/apart. Also will probably make less wind noise.

APG is the answer. During my build they found this out and had to machine it inhouse. Took a few extra days; but, in the end glad i went with them. Excellent service and have continued to help out when i need it. Getting the new HD leaf springs installed in a few weeks when my rack gets back...
