As an update, I did speak with my dealer rep today and to their credit the initial order was for the driveshaft assembly which included the center bearing. They did this apparently due to the TSB on the driveshaft shudder so had decided to replace the entire driveshaft as well as the center...
The grease fix only lasted a day or so. And when I tried to grease it myself later it had no effect. The truck makes so much noise now that I've simply parked it until the parts arrive.
