Mine popped out, too; I used a jack to put about 10-15lbs of pressure upwards, then turned the hub back and forth, and it popped back in like a displaced shoulder.

Check in the vehicle settings and see if you have an ESN for the onboard modem. If it is blank (no ESN), your modem is bad. Mine is too, but I just don't care enough to deal with taking it in. It's a known problem.

The modem on the Ranger is up high in the passenger footwell (I know because mine is busted and shows no ESN in sync). You can unplug it if you don't want it sending any data.

So pulled fuse 9, power cycled (Power button+Next Track) Sync a few times, waited 5 minutes, and then put the fuse back in. Power cycled Sync again a few times and nothing. I actually found the module under the passenger footwell and confirmed that it is getting 12V (after replacing the fuse)...

I'll give it a shot and report back, I did disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes with no luck, but maybe that will cause the modem to re-initialize differently. Do you think it's the fuse labeled 'telematics'? Fuse 9 in the passenger box?

My Fordpass app stopped updating, went into the Fordpass settings in the truck and I get this now... The ignition is on. I did a master reset, disconnected the battery, moved the truck outside, and reset the app on the phone. I think my modem is dead?
