  1. How to look at misfires in Forscan?

Open PCM, then live data, and look for “Misfire Cylinder 1–8.” You can also graph them in real time if you click the little chart icon. Helps to spot which cylinder's acting up faster.
  2. Throttle response system

You see, the tune already sharpens throttle response a bit, so adding a controller's mostly personal preference. I use the iDrive and it works fine, but it's more about feel than extra power.
  3. Why do you back in when parking?

Backing in is just common sense, especially if you've got a truck or limited mobility. When I got my placard renewed with ParkingMD, they had a whole section on safe parking habits. Backing in means your front end's ready to go and you're not playing blind man's bluff trying to get out...
  4. Eat your heart out, David Hasselhoff

Looks like the perfect spot to just kick back and enjoy the view.
  5. Rubbing noise

Could be worth checking if it’s the ABS doing a self-check. A lot of Fords kick that on right around 3–5mph, makes kind of a rubbing or humming sound for a second or two. If it’s consistent at that exact speed and not tied to braking, that’s usually it.
  6. Seafood

I recently came across https://www.mainelobsternow.com and honestly, they have an excellent selection of live seafood from Maine. I ordered lobster and it arrived in perfect condition, complete with instructions on how to cook it properly.
  7. Expedition VS F150

I’ve driven both an Expedition and an F-150: The Expedition is way quieter inside and feels more like a family SUV, with tons of room in the back seat and cargo area. The F-150 nails it on load space: slap on a topper and your trike is safe, plus you can easily tow a trailer or haul mulch.
  8. Fuel economy getting wonky

Sometimes the truck’s computer just needs to relearn-try resetting the average MPG on the dash (hold down the button) and drive a tank or two. It should settle back to real numbers
  9. Shift knob rubber trim replacement?

I ordered the little rubber trim from Ford’s parts website for about $10 and it fit perfectly. Took around a week to get. You can also check eBay or Amazon for a generic trim kit if you want it faster.
  10. anyone had thyroid removed or thyroid cancer???

It's not easy to decide on a procedure like this, especially with family responsibilities. But for your safety, I recommend consulting with a specialized lawyer, as mentioned here, to better understand your legal options and the protection available in such cases.
  11. Opinions needed

A front leveling kit provides the best appearance enhancement when appearance matters more than off-road ability. The modification provides your Ranger vehicle with balanced appearance without changing its ride performance. People prefer lifting the front tires for a factory-modified appearance...
  12. why a ranger is truly a beast

Awesome trip. The Tremor shows remarkable capabilities when dealing with tough terrains because it surpasses other midsize trucks in challenging off-road conditions. Bet that was a blast.
  13. Who's ranger did I buy?

Those mods scream "previous owner knew their stuff." Enjoy the new ride.
  14. Trying to see if I went too big

Ordered wheels and tires, got the mamba m27 17x9 with a -12 offset . Tired are a 275/70 r17, I have a 2.5” level kit but just trying to see if anyone cut their intrusion beams, I know this is a common topic and I don’t care if I have to cut the beams off or not.
