You want KB3Z-13008-A and C. The other two part numbers are for the housing only without the bulbs and dust covers.

In your dealers defense, there isn't anything in the parts catalog that specifically states what is needed to make the factory 7 pin work. All Ford offers is the hitch as an accessory and doesn't really show an upgrade path to add the 7 pin connector. We have/had to figure that out on our own...

Make sure that they are using the correct one. The one with remote start is 902Mhz and the one without remote start is, 315Mhz.
