https://cyanlabs.net/applications/ford-sync-downloader/ I used this tool. It works very nicely but you might have to do it in two steps. I had to do the "Downgrade Package" first since my current build was too new. It downgraded me to 3.3. From there, you can upgrade to 3.4 Build 19101. Good luck!
