Just got mine this week as well and the packaging looked about the same. I only had the powder coat chipped off on one corner though. Hit it with a couple coats of black rustoleum before installing.

Anyone with an aftermarket hitch want to measure their ball height for me? I'm renting a U-Haul trailer and they say ball height should be between 18 1/4-18 3/4 inches. I bought the draw-tite hitch that will be here Tuesday but I need to know what ball mount drop I need. I've got one with a 2"...
