So I'm having the same climate tab issue. I know nothing about this forscan. Where and how? Do you ming helping. Kinda sucks that a missing little climate tab can cause so much greif. LOL

Yes. I reformatted the TD and downloaded the file again. Restart #1 just happened. What is forscan?

The install complete screen came up. Screen never restarted. I pulled the thumb drive, turned off truck, opened door and restarted. Still on the 3.3 version.

I've got a thumb drive that flashes. I'm currently installing the 3.4 update. Wish me luck. Is there anything I need to know or watch for?

Ford is looking at a screen shot of what is on my thumb drive of the update. I guess they are looking for incorrect or incomplete data. Yes, the ports work. That was a concern also.

On the phone yes. I don't think I have music on a thumb drive. HA!

it,s not even reading the flash drives now. We've done both module and master rest to try and fix it. it is 3.3

I re-ran the original install afterwards. I waited 10 minutes after the second install complete screen came up (it never went away) before I pulled the usb out.

So I finally got a call back from ford about my issue. They sent me an email with an attached file to install, however, after following instructions, I am now without complete navigation. We tried a module reset and that didn't work. Ford did state that this navigation command issue is a...

This is where I got my download from. Had no issues installing it but now my navigation commands are gone and she doesn't recognize them when I try to give a command.
