I have the same issues after the upgrade to build 20120. Drive a bit stop the vehicle turn off and if it is restarted before it goes fully to sleep there is no audio or control of Sirius, am-fm works soft reset will bring it back or leave truck off for 15-20 minutes it resets. 2020 ranger

Had this problem on my 2019 lariat. Amp was replaced twice. New harness to amp. ACM replaced. Software upgraded couple times. Dealer found no solution. Would love to hear of a successful fix

They tried that on mine to no availe. Hope it works for you. On a side note if you were using Sirius radio and it no longer works the reason is that the ESN for the radio is in the ACM When you change acm the ESN is different so you will need to re-register the radio. ine to no avail

I don’t believe so. When it first occurred it had the original sync software. After dealer replaced amp I upgraded the software and the dealer redid the sync software on two occasions with the same fault returning afterwards

The amp is located behind the back seat on the driver side. With the truck off unclip the small plug at the top that has the six wires attached to it Plug it back in again. start truck.

I have same issue. Unplugging data line to amp and plugging back in cures it as well but in my case a day to a month fix. Occurs on non remote start as well. Lookin for a permanent cure
