I’m curious how well the LED light the road vs a HID system. Are they just as bright?

Who can help me out here? I’m looking at doing something very similar to the airdesign USA ranger. The main difference would be I’m looking at possibly ordering the Lightning Blue. Can somebody who is talented enough change the body color to lighting blue for me. Thanks in advance. -Bob
