Hmmm. $39 or a $250-1000 deductible. Seems like cheaper than an insurance claim. On another note, I just went out and tried to pull the tailgate off the anchors with the tailgate up or down and couldnt get it to budge. How are these designed to come off?

I was looking to purchase some of these puddle lights but when you read the reviews they are terrible. Burn out quickly and dont fit the best. Most of them have a 65-70% positive rating. Looks like they are all made by the same supplier in china. How long did yours last??
