My truck doesn’t have any indentation on the front bumper where to put in a license plate. Is there a special mount I’m missing or so I just have to drill into the bumper?
Thanks for the reply Phil,
it is indeed water because the only way I could tell what the drip is was tasting it lol. I’m not really a car guy so I can’t tell you the exact name of the area it was dripping but it was like I said dripping from a bracket but directly above the bracket wasn’t wet...
I understand the air conditioner condensates but today I have noticed that up my exhaust pipe, I would say right where it bends under the truck, seems to have a leak almost as if a hole is there.
I also noticed more water dripping from under my cab onto my driveway. I couldn’t find the source...
We have husky in my ranger and in her rav4. Compared to weather tech they’re damn near identical. I say get whichever one is cheaper when you go to but since they are both equally good
did you have any clearance issues putting those tires in the front? No rubbing the front knuckle or the crash bar? It's the same size tire I want to get but I'm concerned about rubbing while the wheel is turned
I think the difference is the FX4 package comes with a steel skid plate or a bash plate. Every other truck should have at least a plastic skid plate if I'm not mistaken. Great for light scratches and stuff but if you hit a rock or something going over a ditch you might tear the plastic one up
I turned on the Mykey setting just playing around and now the key I set it up with will have restricted settings lol. Is the key you set up the mykey feature the admin key? and if so what happens if you make that key the one that is restricted? I have a spare key at the house I can try after...
It's the world we live in I'm afraid. We live in a relatively safe neighborhood but I still lock up my truck every night and my MX4 keeps anyone out of my bed
I bought mine about a month ago and it has been installed for 2-3 weeks. I ended up installing the entire thing without ever using the included brackets for the ranger. Mine still ended up water tight and functional so i'm really unsure what the additional hardware was for?
I think I am interested in adding a brush guard but all of the ones I have found will interfere with my sensors. Are there any with cutouts or is it a take it or leave it kind of deal?
Oh yeah I wondered too why bother do all the work when you could have just gotten the features in the truck but it's always neat to see what's possible on here
