Just make sure that when you order the Engine Cover, that you also order Engine Cover Studs and Engine Cover Nuts as well. Just like the cover itself, they are not included.

I'm not the OP, but here is the link to my own write up.

First, I did not pay any extra customs charges for the Aussie under seat box I bought off ebay.

Behind the dash, above the glovebox, there is a steel bar that already has 2 holes .. perfect to run a few screws into the wood base to which my amp is mounted. You do need to disconnect the glove box assist damper cable. It was a struggle to reconnect.
I don't care how slick you are. There is no hiding that FlowFX exhaust from your spouse, so long as the truck is parked at your residence. After 4 days of "something is wrong with your truck" I finally had to come clean when she said "you did something, probably put a different muffler on it so...
I got the same thing from Joe @ plugnplaykits .. he told me it was just a re-branding of the same amp. I do notice Kicker does not tout it on their site, but Best Buy still sells it but not the 200.4. I am not sure if the 200.4 is a different animal all together or a re-rating of the same amp...
My mechanic recommended one when we were talking about a tune and I could not be happier. Without a tune, this thing by itself takes the truck to a whole new level of fun to drive! I run mine on the same Sport -2 setting as Oradank.
It can be controlled by an app on your phone and mounts nicely...
I am pretty happy with them overall. Range is just as good as factory. Considering I was happy with everything but the volume. The amp is only pushing 40w per channel, and they are rated for 60w. Overall, I think it is a good match for the 300w sub setup. If wanted my ears to bleed I would have...
You can't really see from the pictures but there is a rubber plug on the firewall just behind the brake line manifold. There is also one in the same place on the passenger side that I pictured earlier.
No sir, that did not change and is loud as ever. It really is not a bad trade off for a harness that keeps all of the factory stuff in tact. It just dings from the dash buzzer speaker instead of the doors.
Total investment is about $1100 for the harness, line converter, 2 amps, 4 door speakers plus dome tweeters, sub and enclosure. I could have shaved about $100 off the total by going without the LC2i line converter since the amp I chose has the capability for high level inputs.
For the price, I...
Finally able to followup.

The Kicker Key 180.4 has been replaced with a new designation the Kicker Key 200.4
It fits nicely above the glove box, tucked away inside the dash. There is a steel bar...
I think that was me Deeve,
I ordered the harness from plugnplaykits.com. Everything works perfectly except the back and forward parking sensor altert. This used to come through the door speakers, but after installing the harness the alert sounds come through the door buzzer speaker. I was told...
You have been misled. The Cabin design has changed in that they added vents to the rear of the cabin. The vents protrude into the cabin so that you would not get a flush fit to the rear of the cabin. The idea is there for a custom box, but the box listed on ebay is not designed for a '19 and up.
The enclosure in the first link - Ford Ranger PX PX2 Mazda BT50 Under Seat Sub Box - (the one pictured in this thread) will absolutely fit the '19 Ranger.
However, the enclosure in the second link - Ford Ranger & Mazda BT50 2012 -2018 subwoofer fibreglass Dual 10inch sub box - will not work as...
It's all good. I been around the internet long enough to know better than to DM people without clearing it first.
150 amps allegedly.. so more than enough to meet the manufacturers recommendation.
