I bought a very similar Allen rack from a friend. I used it over the weekend and it worked pretty good but I had some concerns. Have you ever had the nylon straps that attach to the frame loosen up? Also I did order a strap similar to yours for the front and rear tires to keep them from moving.

Have a set of 4 tires off my 2019 Ranger. Tires have 250 miles on them. Nothing wrong with them, I just upgraded. $250 local in Georgia. Located in middle GA. Can meet within reasonable distance.
