Update to this. It was the size of the drive. There must have not been enough room for Sync3 to move files around. It worked after I used a 32GB drive and it worked fine.

I used ForScan to disable my Auto S/S but might reactivate it now and just buy a LED Light. It'd be convenient to have one back there anyway if you can find one that's not super bright.

Every vehicle I ever owned that has/had this feature still allows the driver to control the windows while still disabling the switches in the back seats.

Don’t forget that the button that deactivates the rear window up/down buttons also deactivate the buttons for the drivers controls too. I have NEVER had a vehicle where that button deactivated all buttons that control those windows.
