I've got dual pods (Rigid) on mine and have no issues. I went thru a grommet in the firewall when doing the wiring, I used this tool (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073WZCL8Q/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1), which helped a lot with getting the wiring done.
My wife and I were in that area last July. We were staying just outside of Flagstaff and took a day trip that included Sedona, Jerome, Williams and the Grand Canyon. Very pretty area and some of the roads were definitely ones that you had to watch how you drove!
The Cherohala Skyway is a nice drive not too far from the Dragon, the curves aren't quite as tight on it. No photographers taking photos there, unless you stop and take your own lol
I have a RCI bed rack (with tonneau adapters) and I'm looking for a good cover (not a soft cover though). Any recommendations? Would prefer a retractable but thinking I might have to go roll up. Appreciate any advice/input. Thanks!
Hi Dave,
Yes, I've been happy with the solid fold. I've taken several trips and not worried about leaving anything in the bed. As for leaking, I seen a wet spot here or there but I'm pretty certain it's not from the cover or weather stripping. I'm actually replacing it with a retractable as...
I took a flat piece of 1/8" steel and it's bolted to my pod light bracket. Seems to be doing ok. I am using a comet SS-460SBNMO but I'm looking for something a little better that's not super tall.
I ordered mine from Levittown back on Nov 16 for $56.72 + shipping, received it on Nov 20.
I originally tried to order from Tasca on Nov 11, it was about 5 days later they cancelled my order stating stating " Part #KB3Z-14B596-AB is currently on national backorder with the automotive...
all of you posting how easy it was to add the terrain management switch weren't joking! I'm one of those that if it's something that can be messed up, I'm there! I also order the tc switch but I can't find where I can enable it, maybe I just looked in the wrong place? I've got a '19 XLT 4x4...
I can find boxlink plates and cleats all day long for the full sized trucks but nothing for the Ranger. Does anyone know if they're available or if the full size will plates and cleats work in ours? Thanks!
Hi Jon,
Thanks for your reply. I wrongly worded part of my previous post. I meant to say I have a hard tri-fold. It sits on top of the bed. It's the extang solid fold 2.0.
