I would try a fuel with a higher rating , I've experienced a somewhat similar issue with no codes or check engine light and that was when it was brand new (19 Ranger Lariat) changed instantly with 91 octane but I usually go for 93 , I have 0 mods on this truck and now have 28k .the ecoboost...
I just had my first oil service done on my 2019 xlt lariat fx4 with 4,776 on the clock but I did have the computer (oil life monitor) report 3% left so I'm thinking the clock is counting down from day one regardless of the actual mileage (?)

I have experienced this exact problem, the rear middle passenger buckle was positioned just right and caused a noise also if the front passenger seat belt doesn't retract just right it will vibrate between the front passenger seat and the pillar
Coming from a 2005 Ford Sport Trac that was pretty reliable with 95000 mostly trouble free mileage/ I didn't really trade it it was passed on to a family member This 19 Ranger just looked awesome I just hope it holds up ...we shall see
