Scuffed the flares with a scotch brown pad, cleaned thoroughly with some alcohol, 2 quick coats of dupli color adhesion promotor..dries almost instantly, no primer, color coat..which was mixed with flex additive as would be used for a bumper... no clear coat and they came out perfect.
Local automotive shop mixed with flex additive...any color..and prepare in a spray can... a little pricey at 40$ a can, but very convenient and very professional results.
Installed the Lund factory style smooth. I painted them in Ford Magnetic contrasting with the silver, but pretty close to the color of the Raptor wheels.. waiting on 1.5" spacers. I had to dremmel both fronts to make the side markers fit.

Any luck with that installation... I'm having problems getting my arm up there onto the crankcase side connector... the video sure makes it look a lot easier than its turning out to be.
Thanks...I figured that out after a bit of research... I plan to do the work myself...did you run into any issues...the videos make it seem pretty straight forward.
Removed running boards and painted the pinch weld black. Picture is with 700 lbs of pellet fuel loaded.... In my opinion that load gives the perfect stance.
