For the last week or so when I turn the truck on I get the under dash (buzzer) chime instead of the chime through the infotainment audio. Turn the key off and back on, everything is normal. Sometimes the screen displays "System Off to save battery. Please turn ignition off or start engine."...
Mine has just started this about a month ago. The first song, either from Pandora or VLC media player, will play for about 5 seconds then start skipping. I have to hit pause, either on the truck or the phone, for a few seconds and all is good again.

The shop will not be on my home property... wish it could be. It sounds like the truck's hotspot is a poor choice but it sounded interesting.
I've searched for this but found nothing. Does the hotspot stay live with the key off or can it be configured to do so? I may be building a shop and don't want to pay to have internet installed there if I can use the truck's wifi.
Since buying my Ranger in November, I had not seen another in the wild. Today, though, I see not one, but two. When I came out of Planet Fitness there was a blue crew cab in the next row and a few minutes later a gray supercab on I75 south.
Has anyone seen an increase in MPG after doing the first oil change? I did the service at a half tank and the dash reading 21.4 (pretty common for my mileage). After the change MPG had risen to 22.5 (above normal).
