I’m towing a 6800 lb loaded 28’ Salem Cruise lite. I do have a Hensley WD anti sway hitch and it tows it with ease. I did add Bilnstein front struts and rear shock and Hellwig load control springs. Don’t even know it’s behind me and takes uphill of Cajon pass on I-15 at 45 mph.

Take a look at the Hensley Arrow, they sometimes offer rebuilt that are at a reduced price and are as good as new. They have a video on their website that shows how good it works. I am towing a 7000 lb 28.8 foot SalemCruise Lite and it works great!
