OK, guys, I followed through with the complete process, and yes, pedal is now within an inch of the top, a bit soft yet, (brakes were just checked today by ford actually, and are still 10/8 in very good condition) but certainly not mushy at all!!
I read somewhere on this forum, couple years ago, about doing the antilock bleed, or something like that.
Just spent 3000KM in the long and winding roads, of BC and man I depressed that pedal a lot!! It reminded me of the update about the brake bleed.
I did go through many pages with out...
A couple weeks ago, I placed 6 cast iron, 75 lb joint bars, in a wooden box, in the back of my '20 Lariat FX4. I was still able to spin the rear wheels too easily. So I added the last three that I had. Much better now, but it took almost 700 pounds!! And I'm running the K02's.

My 2020 lariat, will stop my vehicle behind a vehicle at a stop sign, down from 100kph, then resume speed when the vehicle in front pulls away from the sign. I've done it twice now.
Your adaptive cruise, with the emergency braking feature should do the same!
I think that the stop and go I'm...
My test completed successfully!
Your mileage may differ!!
God hates a coward!
I even showed a friend how this system worked, 100kph to zero, wait at stop sign for vehicle to leave, then 0 to 100 again!
All the while I'm texting away!! KIDDING!!! (About the texting part)
I ll be honest and...
Yes it was a bit frightening the first time, but that's how you learn lol
Don't touch the pedals, or your on your own! I'm a fully capable driver, but I just wanted to see what emergency braking was capable of. You never know, it just might see it before you do!
My 2020 lariat fx4 has emergency braking with adaptive cruise. It WILL stop my truck at highway speeds, if the vehicle in front stops, or other restrictions become visible. It will resume to highway speed if the vehicle in front moves on. All with out touching the brake or gas! Kinda freaky to...
My 2020 lariat, with emergency braking, will stop the vehicle on its on, and resume speed when the vehicle in front moves on. Kind of scary to trust it, but especially at highway speeds, works good!!
That's very odd, I bought thousands from Tdot, including hard tonneau and running boards, and never paid a dime for shipping! And I live in northern Alberta.
I would talk to them about those costs, I'm sure it was a mistake!
