Ok, so I tried to "pop" off a cap and it wouldn't even budge. Should I be prying up on the pry tool or down? I'm afraid that I will end up breaking more than I care to.

There is a section in the owner's manual that gives the procedure for resetting the auto down feature after a battery disconnect. I did the same thing and thought I screwed up the window.
Has anyone painted their outside mirror caps on their XLT to match their body color? My Flex has matching mirror caps and they really look nice when matched to the body color.
Thanks for the replies. I'm going to let Ford figure out what to do about it. I've only had the truck about 45 days so this ought to be their problem to fix. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue and wanted feedback if this is common. Sounds like it's not normal. I'll update this...
Anyone else seen water vapor INSIDE their headlight housing? I called the service department at dealership where I bought the truck and the tech said it might be due to a change in temperature. One day was 63 degrees and the next was 35 but I still don't think there should be water vapor on...
