Its only audible at low rpms dude.. an got more faint as mine got mis on It. All engine designs have there own unique characteristics. Hope ur running only an SN+ rated motor oil!? Motorcraft semi-syn is plenty adequate but a FULL SYNTHETIC should be mandatory on all these high tech EcoBoost...

Normal characteristic of that engine. Doesnt sound bad but I noticed . Seems get more faint as motor breaks in .. or I notice less. Lol. Just keep breaking it in easy an switch to a good SN+ rated FULL SYNTHETIC 5w30 asap ! I did at 850mis. Still use only Motorcraft filters they are very good...

My 19 Ranger XLT FX4 w/ 10 SPD auto is buttery smooth with positive yet smooth shifts always. I've only been very impressed at the refinement an tech of this trucks tranny. Call your dealer to make an apt for a reflash.. that should solve your issue.

Yes, indeed Toyota has had lots of truck issues! My '19 Ranger XLT FX4 EcoBoost is at 10k mis an just running better an better as mis accrue. Solid well built machine. Love the truck! Zero issues.

It's new vehicle break -in smell.. of engine components an body/plastics etc. All new vehicles have this not a burning smell! Get ur 1st break in oil change done soon (b4 2k mis I did mine) get good "full synthetic" oil in her an give good wash after. Ur golden ..enjoy ur new truck! They are...
