    Yes I know about the AC and it was beautiful yesterday so that is not a factor. I did not turn the steering wheel either.

    Yesterday I purposely did not active the Auto/Stop button. Imagine my surprise when I stopped at a stop sign and the little truck that could kept running! WTH? Now I hate that damn Auto Stop feature, but makes me wonder if something else is going on. Sigh.......a trip to the dealer to be sure...

  18. Dinged wheel during tire rotation

    Discount Tire has always treated me right. Last year (pre Ranger), lost a lug nut cover on a dually after service. Replaced with no hassle.

  19. First long trip

    I really did enjoy driving the truck and I do give it a passing grade. There is some tongue in cheek (no pun intended) in my post. I found the seats to be trying on an 8 hour drive. Already have a strategy for the next time. Thanks to all for the suggestions offered

  20. First long trip

    Took my first long trip of 1000 miles. Truck ran great, in fact it was impressive. Got 25.6 mpg hand calculated with a tail wind. Dropped to 20.3 on the way home into a strong headwind and my foot got a little heavier. My only complaint is the seats in my XLT are good for about 50 miles, then...
