  1. Super cab owners

The bed can't be adjusted more than a few millimeters side to side. That's why they moved the cab instead. I checked the lot that day (pre-covid when dealers actually had inventory) and half of the Rangers had the same issue.
  2. Super cab owners

I had the same issue. The bed is pinned and my dealer couldn't fix it. A local shop moved the cab and now it's perfect.
  3. SOLVED: Excessive Wind Noise Above 50 MPH, Window Gasket Replaced

IQ Autoworks in Campbell, CA did the work and the diagnosis. The noise actually comes from both sides of the truck, but you can only hear the passenger side while sitting in the driver's seat. Here's a pic of the truck reassembled. The noise comes in from the vent next to the seatbelt...
  4. SOLVED: Excessive Wind Noise Above 50 MPH, Window Gasket Replaced

This is where the sound was coming in. Removing the plastic panels in the back corner made the sound WORSE. I had dynamat and soundproofing foam added in both rear corners and on the back of the cab. I still notice road noise coming from that corner but it no longer sounds like my door/window...
  5. This is the last time I take my truck to the dealer for service

The day after my first oil change (at the dealer I bought it from), I noticed 3 fender liner rivets missing from my front drivers side wheel well. I called the service advisor immediately and was told "we don't remove those". I told her "Yes, you do, ask a tech". After a few minutes on hold...
  6. Bed Alignment Issues from Factory

I had the same issue - dealer said they could only move the bed 1/4". The bed is pinned, so there isn't much they can do to adjust it. I couldn't tell any difference when I picked it up. I took it to a local body shop and they moved the cab. It looks much better now.
  7. SOLVED: Excessive Wind Noise Above 50 MPH, Window Gasket Replaced

My truck is the blue one. You can see there is a huge difference between mine and the red truck on the dealer lot. I looked at every supercab I could find (about 10) and none were as bad as my truck. There is a slight difference between trucks, some were slightly shifted to one side or the...
  8. SOLVED: Excessive Wind Noise Above 50 MPH, Window Gasket Replaced

The latest on my wind noise search: My truck - 19, supercab, Lariat, 10/19 build date, wind noise from passenger rear door. So far I've replaced tires, front/rear weather stripping, and the front window run channel with no luck. All of this was out of my pocket because my dealership has been...
  9. SOLVED: Excessive Wind Noise Above 50 MPH, Window Gasket Replaced

I have noise that sounds like the rear passenger window (supercab) is open. It's most noticeable around 40 mph. I've replaced the weather stripping and had the rear door alignment fixed. I masking taped every window and still can't figure out where the noise is coming from.
  10. Wandering Steering

I had a loaner Ranger XLT 4x2 from the dealer for a few days while my Lariat FX4 was in for warranty work. That truck had the same wandering, terrifying, two hands on the wheel so you don't die, feeling on the Freeway around 70 MPH. I noticed it was only an issue on grooved pavement. When I...
