I'm glad everything is working. I don't think the second vacuum valve is needed. Demco told me to only use the one at controller. I have had no further problems with the system.
Good luck.
Sam
Your welcome.
With the way the supply chains are now, If you can find the whole unit, get it. Never know what's going to be available down the road. LOL

Hose clamps it is. When mine was installed a section of the plastic vacuum line was cut out about 6" from the brake booster. I just put a piece of hose accross the gap with hose clamps. Not fancy but it works. You can purchase the whole assembly that is attached to booster and put it ba.ck...
Attached photo is my current configuration.
The BLUE arrow shows the 90 degree fitting in the lower port of the brake booster.
The other BLUE line shows the sensor moved to the end of the new part.
The "T" in the middle is the hose going to the Demco Control unit.
There is 1 check valve...
You are correct. The auto Start/Stop no longer works. That is the same photo Demco sent me.
What they sent me was the Part# 6257 and new vacuum hose to run from the control unit. The 6257 is all made up to just plug into the lower port on the vacuum booster, you move the sensor out to the end...
OK. It's been a month since installing the Vacuum Connect Kit #6257. I am happy to say there have been no more warning from the Brake light.
I do believe we have a cure.
That is the same as mine originally. Here are a couple of photos of the NEW connector, part #6257.
I've disconnected from the top vacuum port and will be installing this on the bottom port.
We'll see what happens then.
I have also notice that the Auto Start/Stop is no longer functioning.
My system was installed using the vacuum port near the top of the brake booster. Since my last post, Demco has told me to change my hookup to the lower brake booster vacuum port where the sensor is installed.. Demco is...
GTRICK: I don't know if you are still having this problem. I have same system on my 2019 Ranger. It does the same thing. The brake warning light comes on when driving. I too have spoken with Demco. I have replaced both of the check valves. I have removed the "T" connector from the brake...
I had a used F150 with a Ford cover. Not impressed. It would slide forward on the bed, brace screws work their way out, very easy to break into. I paid the extra and went with a roll type cover you could walk on. Very secure and could be locked at any position along the slide rail.
Check out...
I have a spray in bed liner from Inyati. It was done after I purchase the truck a year ago. I leave the truck outside all the time in the Arizona sun. To me the bed looks as good now as when first installed. My salesman had the bed done as part of my purchase agreement.
Service writer called. Compressor is dead. Part on backorder. He told me he has a truck there since mid July.
Looks like the rental is on Ford until it's fixed. Think I'll go back and try to get pickup, don't care for
this Fusion.
I would like to know how long it took to repair your A/C. Mine went out yesterday. Took it to dealer today so I don't even have a diagnosis yet. Thing is, when I went to pickup my rental, I found that their Ranger A/C had also just failed this weekend.
Is there a widespread problem?
I purchased a set of Nerf bars from Stage 3 last year. I did wonder why it took so long for the item to ship. After several week I paid a visit to their office in Phoenix. They do not deal with customers at all there, it is not a store front, only a phone center. Note: this was prior to...
You are correct. As a former truck driver that is always my concern, not to exceed GVWR or GAWR or GCWR.
I've looked at all of the spec's.
Thank you for your input.
