has anyone purchased the kb3z-19d520-a accessory hitch? if so does it come with the wiring and is it basically a plug and play ?

does anyone else experience a semi roar with a perceived lack of power when you first take off in the morning. seems to correct itself after about a 1/4 mile. if so does it have to do with the turbo? this is my first turbo. and does letting it warm up longer matter ?

does anyone know if the genuine ford drop in bedliner will work with a ford bed extender? it doesn't look in the picture like the bedliner has cut outs for the bed extender brackets. ( which i have already installed )
