I think the blower just isn't strong enough to operate defrost + cabin air, plus the defroster heats up the cabin regardless. As for turning defrost off, I'm not sure what you mean as I can turn it on and off from the button on the center console, or by hitting 'Auto'.

I was considering those, but I am worried about rocks/snow/mud hitting the side of my truck or other cars if the 1" spacers push my wheels out too far. I have the stock 17's and will be putting on 285/70R17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers.
