Thank you! This fixed my sync 3 blank screen/frozen screen issue. Mine problem started with plugging in my iPhone 13 Pro to charge. I noticed the sync 3 screen go out. Still had sound but no way of controlling anything. Looked for solution on this forum and found this link…fixed everything!!!
