    What I did is I bought a waterproof cover if he would sit in the middle. Before when mats for dogs are little pricey, I DIY it. Bought 6 yards of waterproof cloth and sew some garter at the end and velcro.

Since you would go hunting it is really best to just use a hard rubber mat so it would be easier to clean because of the mud.

    I agree. Waiting can really be frustrating most especially if you are the first buyer of a certain edition so you try to just go after OEM. (That's me). I agree patience is the key so we won't spend that much (but I'm really guilty here).
