Solved. Posting in case anyone else encounters this problem... Dealer investigated, tested lots of wiring to see if there was a ground or any RF interference. Turned out to be none of that and the B&O amp was faulty. Replaced under warranty and all is good now!

Finally got new rails shipped. Took about a week. Fitted today, only as I was doing it realized a page of instructions on installing the bulk head was missing! Fits well though in the end.

Mines totally missing the bulk head install instructions. Where did you run your drainage pipes out? Not sure the best way to do that.

I got my truck and my EFX cover last week. I just tried to install this weekend and ... the rails in the EFX kit are 5" too long for the bed! The cover is the right size but the rail isn't right. I'm assuming they miss packed some other trucks rails. Super bummed :( I ordered direct from Gator...
