Here are a few important things to know.
- the best way I know of to transport bikes is with a fork mount.
- you first must learn how to use a front wheel skewer. Fairly simple to learn if the person showing is knowledgeable and able to teach or you are mechanically inclined and can self learn...
Actually I didn’t feel any quirky shifts just read about them here. When I test drove the truck in January I was too disappointed that I missed the 6k off sale so I decided to wait. Thanks to all for replying.
This is what I was hoping for. Folks who can give some personal experience. I agree that over time there develops a harmony with a driver and his transmission. On my two vehicles if I wanted to I could get both to exhibit strange shifting patterns. My dodge transmission has held up well. When I...
So after too much research and 2 very enjoyable test rides and after determining that this ranger is the best vehicle for me to own, I’m now on hold. Two things hold me back. Quirky transmission shifts and oil dilution. I have considered other vehicles but I’ve noticed the transmission issues...
So Tim, I’m trying to summarize what I’ve read so far. You have come here as one who has no experience towing travel trailers looking for advice. It more seems like your trying to get confirmation that what you’re proposing to do is aok. It seems that you’re putting your trust more in people who...
I posted this a while ago on another thread but I thought it may help you work this out.

1. Do not believe a car salesman or rv...
Big farm. Thousands of sheep and camels and oxen and donkeys. Oh and a few very beautiful daughters. Many friends and many blessings. But those early days I thought would be the end of me.
So yesterday I did a test drive on xlt ranger with the hope to make a purchase. This buzz was very noticeable and the temp was about 30 degrees. It caused me to step back from buying at the present time. I had previously did a test drive in the summer and didn’t notice it. Mr. anonymous seems to...
I have this same mat in my 2007 ram 2500 for the past 12 years. It is the best option for truck bed I can imagine. Nothing slides on it ever, it allows water to drain due to the dimples on bottom, and it is truly indestructible. I plan to have this in my next truck which I hope to be a 2019 or...
