I went through every icon on the screen and there is no Drivers option, and the only reset is the Master Reset that I used. Guess I'll try the number

Good morning all. I'm trying to install a tailgate assist, but I can't remove the tailgate bolt because it is painted over. Using a (corded) drill with the T50 torx but it won't budge. Any ideas how i can get it loose without stripping the head? I would greatly appreciate any input.
