So, the rest of the story. I tried to order an APIM. Backordered for at least three months, plus, even if I could get one I would need to have it programmed at a dealer. I ended up paying the dealer $1500 to replace it. Sob. At least there is a 2-year parts and labor warranty if this one goes bad.
Hi,
Thank you, Airline Tech, for the suggestions, which I tried. The Bluetooth was not grayed out and I could select to connect a phone, but no phones showed up.
The modem did display the ESN and the Bluetooth and the Wifi MAC addresses did show.
I entered the bezel diagnostics and no...
A good cover that we replaced as we wanted racks, too. Very good condition. Mystic, CT. Sorry, local pickup only.

Thanks, I did a scan of the entire under the dash area I could see and there was no indication the damanable vermin made it past the air filter. I will try hooking the truck up to scan the DTC list, but don't have an adapter, yet.

Any other things to try before I take it to the dealer?
Thanks,
Paul
Uh oh. Last summer I cleaned a mouse nest from the air filter behind the glove box. I wonder... and will check both the connector and the fuses. Thanks.
Alas, no. I can Bluetooth connect to our other car and other phones also can't connect. In fact, when I ask the truck to find discoverable devices, the list is empty.
Hi,
Searching the threads I did not see anyone asking about the same issue. About a month ago the GPS in our 2021 Ranger stopped working, saying it doesn't have a signal. At the same time, we could no longer connect with Bluetooth, and it can't find anything to pair. Also, it can't find any wifi...
TrailFX (TFX3318) tonneau cover. Very good condition - no tears or seam slip. Looks good. Soft trifold design with aluminum cross bars. Fits my '21 Ranger Supercab nicely. New they list for about $300+. Never had it leak. No complaints, I'm replacing it as it is not compatible with the bed racks...
