  1. Eibach in the works

Following up as promised. I'm really loving the full eibach kit with new dampers all around, eibach front springs set on the lowest perch level (3" lift) and 1" rear blocks. This made the whole truck feel tighter and less floaty and in general more truck like compared to the stock non fx4 set...
  2. Parts Availability - This could take a while

I still have the boot as Im driving it daily and it is torn but not mangled (yet.) I'll do my best to gather measurements when I get it off the truck. Only other option I can think of for now would be to put calipers on the outside, of the drivers side boot and pick the closest size universal...
  3. Parts Availability - This could take a while

Bad news is better than no news! Cant thank you enough for your efforts brother!
  4. Parts Availability - This could take a while

That was fast - Thank you Phil! I do not however get anything under that part number. Is everyone using parts.ford.com ???? Or is there another site???
  5. Parts Availability - This could take a while

Jake - I hate to hear you are in the same predicament I am! Passenger side is torn. I've spent the last hour scouring parts sites and even checked the number you posted with no luck. I did find what appears to be the entire shaft and CV assembly for the front passenger side and decided to...
  6. Parts Availability - This could take a while

Thank you Phil! I imagine you are a busy man and genuinely appreciate the help good Sir! I would love to be able to get the part number and or size of the boot tied down so a universal or split boot could be ordered until ford has parts available. I have not been able to find the individual...
  7. Parts Availability - This could take a while

Thank you fellas! I'm going to attempt to measure what I can on the existing boot and try to find the closest sized split boot and go from there. If only the actual part and specs were shown in fords data base it would really make this easier since they cannot supply the part. This will all...
  8. Parts Availability - This could take a while

Thank you Phil! I’m having difficulties locating this boot in the online parts catalog. Does anyone have a part number or specs for the boot? Hoping I could find another way to get a boot of the same size. Thanks
  9. Parts Availability - This could take a while

So in general we all knew with a first model year vehicle (US at least) the ranger could have some quirks and issues that get ironed out over time with TSB's and or recalls. We took the risk and don't regret it one bit - I love this truck! Parts availability is another issue and I know it will...
  10. Eibach in the works

ECOOP - If you use the Eibach springs on the front dampers the lowest or bottom level for the perch provides a 3" lift and any level above that is not recommended i believe. The additional levels above bottom are for the use of factory springs of the Eibach dampers. It is strange that the...
  11. Washington For Sale: Lariat Grille

Very interested and it looks like its in great shape with all tabs in tact. How about $250 shipped to 30534 and you throw in the factory magnetic lariat fender vents? The above will cure my issues with chrome on the magnetic lariat with no sport or fx4 package. Thanks!
  12. Eibach in the works

Give me a few days and I'll post my review of the change in ride. Im going with the full kit of dampers and front springs along with the rear blocks and HOPING I get a stiffer, planted, more truck like feel after the install. This will be on a non-FX4 lariat 4wd.
  13. Eibach in the works

Answering my own poorly asked question here (note to self don't post after a 14 hour work day and a few drinks!.) In review of the Eibach instructions they do reuse the OE ford spring perch and that snap ring, set in the damper body groove supports it. Seems like a fairly small interface to...
  14. Eibach in the works

Curious if these utilize the factory spring perch in the front or if the dampers come with a new one that rides in those slots to set height?
  15. Ford Accessories/Air Design Fender Vents

These look great! Are you interested in selling the original metallic Lariat vents???
  16. Rough Country UCA's anyone?

Given the price of the ICON upper control arms has anyone given these a shot? $329 for the pair although it does state these are only for 3.5" lifts. https://www.roughcountry.com/ford-upper-control-arms-50008.html?rrec=true&find=2019-ford-ranger-4wd-450615&sid=P5noDayEjA
  17. Borla Exhaust for the 2019+ Ford Ranger 2.3L EcoBoost

I agree on the 4 banger not really sounding good, that is unless it will reach above 10,000 rpm. Up in that range they can sound glorious. However one of my prior inline 3 liter sixes would like to have a word with you! Turbo and catless with stock exhaust that car was awesome sounding. Put...
  18. Eibach in the works

Any update on the install and driving impressions??? In addition to the lift and leveling I'd love a little stiffer, more truck like ride as the stock (no fx4 package for me anyway) suspension feels pretty "floaty" and a bit unbalanced.
  19. Factory Speaker Size On a Crew Cab (non B&O)

Wow looking forward to seeing this come together! Seems like the first full replacement of components on the ranger. Curious what the cross over specs are on that Hertz front stage???
  20. OHM rating for B&O stock door speakers

Looking for the OHM rating of the stock door speakers on the B&O system. Anyone replaced or removed them??? The B&O system is lacking in balance to me and with only treble, mid, and bass as controls I'm struggling to get rid of the bump in that boxy 90-150hz region. Ive disconnected the...
