I installed the bottom spacer on my ‘21 Tremor. All you need to do is make enough space so the Fox shock doesn’t rub on the spacer. I filled some material off this area to make it work. (Note, it’s aluminum so don’t use a grinder for safety reasons)

I’ve been using 1” spacers from Evil Energy, purchased via Amazon (Canada) this summer. No problems to report.

Do you have ForScan? There are sensors with current/voltage readings that you can monitor to see if the A/C clutch is functioning properly. I did this to determine that the A/C clutch had failed in my 2021 tremor :(

What was the tire size you were using?

I had one of the Fox rear shock/dampeners replaced in my 2021 Tremor. It was leaking. It created a clunking noise.

This is valid in Canada. I received a letter in the mail in Dec 2025. The letter told me not to use the block heater and Ford will contact me when parts become available.

My ‘21 tremor makes the same noise when jacked up, yet it sounds fine when driving it. I did have the rear driveshaft hanger bearing replaced because it was noisy. I originally thought it was a bad wheel bearing, but it ended up being the hanger bearing. So maybe that’s something to look at...
