That's exactly the way mine works.... or clicks. I've had it in the dealership once for the noise and they said they couldn't hear it. So I'm going to drop it off one evening and go there in the morning and have someone sit in it with me when I start it for the 1st time. Thanks

Thanks, but the rattle is within the dash. Inside the instrument cluster I believe. It will do it with nothing but the engine running. AC and heater off. Radio off. Sitting still.
