  1. Anyone tow a 6x12 enclosed trailer?

My post in the "what are you towing" thread I moved on from a F150 and the Ranger does everything needed. Pulls my 8.5x17 w/o a hitch up to 5-6k lbs. North of that and I'd expect it to be sub-10mpg affair.
  2. Long range fuel tank

give me what the Bronco is going to run then (20 gallons), since clearly that isn't a big deal. It's crazy that a truck has the same size tank as a mid-size sedan imo.
  3. Long range fuel tank

Yep, 8.5x17 here so I got a BIG OLE BRICK behind me haha. I'm around 11-12 as well if I am pacing, but when I go south, mostly everything is 70mph and I sink to 9-10 mpg going 70+. I'd love to get at min a mid-20s gallon tank but honestly, I want a 30+ gallon one.
  4. Long range fuel tank

100%, I go to some secluded race tracks at varying hours and it never fails to have to stop in some sketchy area at the worse time haha. I have a 16 gallon gas tank with a hand pump I use @ the track which I've resorted to use in the bed of the truck as my reserve for now. Better to pull off...
  5. Long range fuel tank

With the same EPA issues as well. You can buy fuel rated bulkhead connectors and lines. If you are getting in a wreck that would sent a fuel tank flying, then you'd be sending any aux tank setup as well. Not like I'm gonna run some garden hose and duct tape ?
  6. Long range fuel tank

Yeh I messaged Titan weeks ago and got nothing back. If we don't get a replacement option, I was thinking to use the Titan in-bed transfer tank and loop a hose from under it, through the bed, along under it up to the stock gas tank and tap it into the stock tank so it can gravity feed in...
  7. Long range fuel tank

In for either a replacement larger tank or an aux extended one. As most noted, another 8-10 gallons would be money. I tow an enclosed trailer for track events and while I get a little more MPGs from my ranger then I did with my '14 F150 3.5L EB (awful 6spd, but 34 gl tank), the ranger's tank...
  8. UPR PRODUCTS DUAL VALVE CATCH CAN

nah, it's the dual valve with the drain kit added. throwing in the billet check valves bumps it up to $400 +/- i think it was. thanks for the info, I had a similar setup on my f150 with 3.5L EB and it's crazy how much blow by those had.
  9. UPR PRODUCTS DUAL VALVE CATCH CAN

eyeing this setup but why is UPR offering extra check valves? are these needed, or are this spares or something? Right now I am looking at the kit + the drain kit (cus I just want to flip a valve and let it dump out the bottom) @ $309.98 from their site. Also, anyone selling this cheaper?
  10. Can we run E85 in our Rangers

e15 isn't going to give you the "ethanol" benefits of a more pure E85 (with corresponding tuning for it). I'd love to get the truck updated with a higher rated fuel pump (and I guess the injectors would need to get replaced as well) and get a tune done for e85.....100% expect it would really...

  12. Air Lift Company Releases New LoadLifter 5000 Series Kits For 2019 Ford Ranger

@Mustang2Ranger let us know how it goes. I'm holding out for a solid rubber anti-squat setup (not a fan of having to fill bags when I hitch up etc.) but if I don't have an option by early Spring 2020, i'll just have to suck it up and go with airbags.
  13. What are you guys towing?

First tow with my Ranger. 8.5x17 Aluminum trailer (3250 lbs) with two sportbikes, generator, tool cart, spare rims/tires and gear (+/- 1k lbs.). Averaged 11.5-14mpg (87 oct.) between traffic (DC Metro to pick up bikes from shop) and out west (good hill inclines). Only had one stretch where it...
  14. PandaMotorWorks Tailgate Damper

Late to this party but I'm down to test and/or put in up front for the first batch.
