Gentlemen, I just picked the truck up from the dealership. The issue ended up being the PCM. My dealership is now dealing with how to get ford to cover it, since the truck was built one day after the TSB.

Phil, Yes sir, when the dealership looked the truck up in the computer, it said 12 feb 19.

Just scheduled an appointment for tomorrow, why they can never get me in same day beats me. Anyways, I have a feeling it is just the PCM like you stated. There’s only one day in between those dates, who’s to say my truck didn’t slip through. Hopefully I can get mine fixed like you did!
