Yes here it is for the '18 F150. I think people tried to retrofit it on the pre-18 models but it couldnt be done so this is a nice option that can't currently be done in the aftermarket.

I think OP is talking about flat towing the Ranger behind his motorhome, not the Ranger towing something.

TBH i would take the euro ranger styling (with a few changes) over a miniature F150. I'd rather not see it adopt the same Ford truck grill you see everywhere. Corporate grills/front end are one reason I stayed away from the '15 mustang.
