Sorry should have been more specific. I just started the truck after sitting probably an hour. Had the hood open and i heard the noise 3 times and sounded like it was coming left side of engine area looking head on.

Hey guys when I first start the truck it'll make this squeaking sound, like when you bounce a little on an old box spring mattress. It'll do it for a couple of seconds then stop on and off a few times then goes away at around 30 seconds to a minute of running. Just curious as to wth is it...
